How long does it take to get a reply?

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). During busy periods, it may take a little longer - but we promise we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

I need help choosing the right size – can you help?

Of course! Just let us know your pet’s breed and approximate weight and we’ll recommend the best size for them.
